In the beautiful garden of his father's palace, Ivan Tsarevitch enjoys the results of his hard and fantastical adventures. Having faced physical hardship, pain, obstacles, and even death, Ivan has gained a beautiful princess as his wife, a Tsardom to rule, a golden horse as his prize steed, a shapeshifting wolf as his best friend, and the mythical Firebird itself. Although the Tsardom is his, Ivan finds himself contented instead in the garden where his adventures began, enjoying the company of his animal companions and wife.
